1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 949t ("the Platform," "we," "us"). They cover every aspect of using the 949t website, mobile app, and any related services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account with 949t you must meet all of the following conditions:

3. Account Rules and Security

One account per person

Each player is entitled to exactly one 949t account. Creating duplicate accounts — including accounts in a family member's name used by the same person — will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances obtained through multi-accounting.

Keep your credentials safe

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your username and password. Never share your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact our support team at [email protected].

Accurate personal data

Your registered name must match your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account name. Mismatches can delay withdrawals. Update your profile details promptly if your contact information changes.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

949t accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit per transaction is ৳150. Deposits are credited to your 949t balance within approximately 1 minute under normal network conditions.

• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits (someone else's bKash sending funds on your behalf) are not permitted and may be reversed.
• 949t does not charge deposit fees, but your mobile banking provider's standard transfer fees may apply.
• All deposits are made in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳).

5. Withdrawals and Processing Times

Standard withdrawals are processed within approximately 34 minutes once your request is approved. First-time withdrawals may take up to 1 hour to allow for KYC review.

KYC requirement

• Validity: bonuses expire after 7 days if the wagering requirement is not met.

• Daily cashback: 0.7% cashback calculated on net losses, credited automatically.
• Referral bonus: ৳300 credited when a referred friend makes their qualifying deposit.

949t reserves the right to cancel a bonus or withhold winnings derived from a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including wagering in a pattern designed to minimise risk and extract bonus value with low volatility bets.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on 949t are provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution, PG Soft, Red Tiger, Spribe, JDB, Sexy Gaming, and FA Chai. Each game is governed by its own published RTP and rules. RTP figures shown are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as a disconnection or server error — the round will be settled according to the game provider's fault policy. 949t will apply any applicable refunds or re-credits promptly once the provider confirms the outcome.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 949t:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform outside normal browser or app usage.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained this way will be forfeited.
• Collusion with other players in live poker or any multi-player game.

• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Creating fake accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times.

Violations will result in immediate account suspension, withholding of balances pending investigation, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
